Yes all quotations are free and sent via email or post in an written format.
After a quotation is accepted a contract is written up by CRS and signed by the customer. A copy is kept by the customer and CRS.

I contacted CRS roofing, they were local and I then noticed they were also affiliated to 'Trustarader.com'. I e-mailed details of some missing and loose tiles on our roof. Gareth contacted me and we agreed a time/date to call round. Gareth was punctual, professional and friendly. I showed him problem with roof, he also pointed out loose mortar from tiles by gully next to dormer window, which I was not aware of as I could not see this from the ground. He sent quote which was reasonably priced and I agreed to work. We then agreed a date. Sean and Tim arrived to undertake repair work. They were friendly and helpful and although It was a very cold day they got on with the work and did a great job. One of them also took a photo of the loose mortar in the gully before work started and also after they had finished, which they showed me. A great job well done and I now have peace of mind that our roof has now been repaired. I would certainly recommend CRS roofing. Thanks"
